Frankie was a neighbor for many years. He used to come over to talk when I was working on the Main St side of my yard. Through his life he showed us all that disabled didn’t mean unable. It was a pleasure to know him.
So sad to hear of the passing of Frankie. He was a wonderful neighbor early in life an friend later in life-
Frankie, we will miss you dearly, you were a big part of our lives, I know you will be happy in heaven, we will meet again Maureen,Denny and Family❤️🙏🏻🌈
