Born in Medford and raised in Woburn, David was one of five children born into the Lupone family. David was a graduate of Woburn High School, class of 1977.

After high school, David went on to Northeastern University, where he received his B.S. in Criminal Justice, Cum Laude, graduating in 1982.  David decided during his years at Northeastern that he would like to pursue his education in law and set his sights on becoming a lawyer.  In 1985 he graduated from the New England School of Law, receiving a J.D., Cum Laude and then graduated from Boston University School of Law 1991, where he received his LL.M in American Banking Law. An extremely vivacious, personable, and bright young man, David loved his profession, his job and all those whom he has met along the way, which has been many!

Nothing meant more to him however, than his family. He enjoyed annual family trips in their camper, especially a one-month trip that included visiting Yellowstone National Park as a child. Most recently he enjoyed hiking, bicycling, and kayaking especially in Provincetown, where he owned a condominium and spent a lot of his free time.

David enjoyed a love of cooking and entertaining which came from a childhood tradition of weekly family Sunday dinners. Like his father, David was skilled at any kind of home improvement projects, including finish carpentry. David enjoyed doing volunteer work and raising money for causes dear to him such as the MSPCA, working at soup kitchens, and helping to clean up the beaches in Provincetown to name a few.

Much love to David’s family, he was one of the best bosses I ever had. I loved his humor, his obsession with sweets and the way he laughed. I have learned so much from him over the years and will miss him dearly. So sorry we all lost him so early in life.
