Lisa M. (Spolidoro) McInnis passed away at her home suddenly, on Sunday, September 11th, 2022. A lifelong resident of Woburn, she was fifty-nine years of age.

Born in Woburn Lisa was the beloved daughter of William “Bill” and Nancy (Carey) Spolidoro.  Being one of eight children, there was always someone to play with!

Lisa attended St. Charles Elementary School and graduated from Woburn High School, along with the Class of 1981. Shortly after high school, Lisa married and began a family of her own.  She made her home in Woburn, where she dedicated herself to raising her children.

Working as a Nanny or in a Nursing facility, Lisa always enjoyed caring for people.  Young or old, if they were in need, Lisa was right there to lend a hand.

Lisa’s artistic abilities were phenomenal!  From oil paintings to watercolor, pen and pencil, to making her own birthday, holiday, and any other card you could imagine, Lisa did that every year.   These were not just for family, but for friends and extended family!!  They were truly beautiful and always had a very special meaning to the person receiving it.  Truly, very talented.

Another outstanding ability Lisa shared with all, was her cooking!  She could make just about anything and could create dishes, to everyone’s delight.  Main meals or desserts, always delectable. Lisa’s sense of humor was always intertwined in whatever she did!  With family, friends, patients, or strangers, Lisa always enjoyed making people laugh.  Often she would get herself laughing so hard, she was unable to complete what she was saying!

Lisa shared a great love of family.  Her parents, children, grandchildren, siblings and dear friends have suffered her loss, but her love, creativity, and sense of humor, will long be remembered.

Sadly, Lisa was predeceased by her dear son Joseph McInnis.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is survived by her children, Melisa Doherty, her husband Michael of NH, Kevin McInnis, his partner Laura Ashley of Woburn and the late Joseph McInnis. Beloved daughter of William “Bill” Spolidoro and Nancy (Carey) Spolidoro.  Cherished sister of Denyce Boggs, her husband Jeff, William “Billy” Spolidoro, his wife Michelle, Linda Spolidoro, Nancy (Spolidoro) Doherty, Kevin Spolidoro, his wife Elaine, David Spolidoro, his wife Melissa, all of Woburn, and Steven Spolidoro of Lynn.  Three loving grandchildren Brianna, Shaileigh, and Gavin Doherty. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A Service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Wednesday, September 21st at 11 a.m.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to Calling hours in the Funeral Home from 9 – 11 a.m. PRIOR to the Service.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that Remembrances be made in Lisa’s honor to the American Lung Assoc., 55 West Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL.60601 or to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway , Methuen, MA 01844.
