Dorothy A. (Grace) O’Halloran – of Woburn, died peacefully, July 25th at the age of ninety-one. Beloved wife of the late Francis P. “Clicko” O’Halloran. Devoted mother of Michael J. O’Halloran, Diane S. Miller, and Karen F. O’Halloran, all of Woburn, and the late Marie A. Melanson and Thomas P. O’Halloran. Dear sister of Marie McGonigle and the late Florence Grace and Pauline Phillips. Treasured grandmother of Thomas, Jr., Mason, and Catherine O’Halloran, Shannon, Frankie and Joe Miller, and Paul and Nicole O’Halloran, and 9 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Monday, August 1st at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours from 9 -10 a.m. prior to the service. Interment to follow in Woodbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in honor of Dorothy, to The Friends of Woburn Veterans, 144 School St., Woburn, MA.

Dorothy A. (Grace) O’Halloran – a longtime resident of Woburn, died peacefully, July 25th at the age of ninety-one. She was the beloved wife of over 56 years to the late Francis P. “Clicko” O’Halloran.

Born in Charlestown, Dorothy was a daughter of the late John and Vera (Veinot) Grace of Nova Scotia, Canada. She was a graduate of Charlestown High School.

For many years, Dorothy worked as a nurse’s aide for numerous nursing facilities, notably the former Glendale Nursing Home in Woburn, until her retirement.

Dorothy enjoyed traveling, taking cruises, and visiting casinos. She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon watching the Gameshow Network.

Her greatest joy was her family and she supported and attended all of her grandchildren’s sporting events!

  1. Rest in Peace Dottie. I worked with her at the R.H. Stearns clothing factory on Wyman Street. It was my first job when I was 16. She was so nice to me. I went to high school with Marie another sweetheart like her mother. I hope Dottie is having a cup of tea with Marie somewhere peaceful. My condolences to the whole family. Jayne Lee
