Linda Kay (McBrierty) Inman – of Woburn, died peacefully, November 23rd at her home at the age of seventy-eight. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Inman.

Born on May 9, 1943 in Greenville Jct., Maine, Linda was one of 18 children born to the late Chester and Evelyn McBrierty.

Linda was truly a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother who loved her family more than anything. She was a true Christian lady with a deep faith.

Along with her husband Ray, Linda is survived by her two sons, Wade Inman, his wife Maria and Shawn Inman, his wife Jessica. Treasured grandmother of Michael, Jennifer, Benjamin, and Samuel. Dear sister of Cleo Phillips, Cheri White, Myra and Vic Caron, and Bruce and Carol McBrierty. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

At Linda’s request there are no services and arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home 263 Main St., Woburn. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date and burial will take place in Greenville Maine.

  1. Ray, Shawn, Wade and family, my prayers are with you. Linda was very dear to me. She was one of the kindest people I have ever known and one of the funniest. It was always a joy to be with her or talking to her on the phone. Rest in peace my dear friend. Love you.

This is a very sad day for me, I have been missing you and seeing your face for quite awhile and now I know I will not see or talk to you again, I will miss you and all the fun we used to have, your family was everything to you and I’m glad your final resting place will be your original home Maine, Love you Linda and so glad to have had you as a friend…….
