A. Jacquelyn “Jackie” (Cutler) Lane

Anne Jacquelyn “Jackie” (Cutler) Lane – longtime resident of Woburn, died peacefully, November 14th at the age of ninety-one. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Lane. Loving mother of Heather Lane of Woburn. Dear cousin of Jacquelyn Vellante, her late husband Arthur of Waltham. Also survived by extended family and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, November 20th at 10 a.m. in St. Barbara’s Church, 138 Cambridge Road, Woburn. Interment to follow in Woodbrook Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Friday from 4-7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jackie’s memory to the United Service Organizations, Inc. Anne Jacquelyn “Jackie” (Cutler) Lane – a longtime resident of Woburn, died peacefully, November 14th at Winchester Hospital at the age of ninety-one. She was the beloved wife of 62 years to the late Edward J. Lane.

Born in Waltham, Jackie was the loving daughter of the late John and Yvonne (Boudreau) Cutler. She was raised in Newton and then moved to Billerica with her family where she graduated from High School.

In 1956, Jackie married the love of her life, Ed, whom she had met at a USO dance. Together, they lived life to the fullest and had a passion for dancing. They Ball Room danced for many years at Mosleys and St. Johns in Dedham and were proud members of the Yankee Twirlers in Woburn.

Jackie enjoyed crafting and was a talented seamstress. She was also an avid reader. Her favorite time of year was Christmas! She enjoyed hosting family and friends and seeing the faces of those light up when they opened a special gift. She was a devoted and supportive wife and mother and will be deeply missed.

Loving mother of Heather Lane of Woburn. Dear cousin of Jacquelyn Vellante, her late husband Arthur of Waltham. Also survived by extended family and many nieces and nephews.
