James B. “JMo” Moore, Jr.- presently a resident of Burlington, but a long time resident of Woburn, died unexpectedly, after being stricken at his home, at Lahey Clinic,  October 6, 2021, at thirty-two years of age.

Born in Winchester and raised in Woburn, James was the beloved son of James B. “Jim” Moore Sr. of Burlington and Joanne Rae Moore.

“JMo” as he was called by all, attended Woburn schools and was a graduate of Woburn High School along with the Class of 2007.  Beginning as a child he was actively involved in sports.  As he got older, he got better and truly by the time he was in high school, JMo excelled in sports; thoroughly enjoying active participation in and watching, soccer, football, baseball, and basketball games!

JMo was a young man who enjoyed each and every day.   A hard worker, he owned his own fence company, “Moore Fencing, ” taking  great pride in his work and servicing Woburn and surrounding communities.

JMo’s greatest love in life was his family.  His children Shantel and Jase were his world.  His time spent with them was always precious and full of fun.

JMo could be stubborn, at times, but always a fiercely loyal and caring man with an exceptional work ethic. Sadly, his life was short, but to those whom he loved and shared his life with, have wonderful memories of a truly good man.

Along with his parents, James is survived by his cherished children, Shantel and Jase James Woods Moore, both of Woburn. Loving brother of Heather M. Moore of Burlington.  Devoted nephew of Lynne Moore Valente, her husband Glenn of Westford, Beth Moore of Woburn, Fred Moore, his late wife Anne of Billerica, Peter Moore, his wife Alicia and David Moore, his wife Joan, all of NH.  “JMo” is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
