John J. Kearns Jr. – of Nashua, died peacefully, Thursday May 13th, after a brief illness, at the age of 66.

Born in Woburn, John was the oldest of six children born to the late John J. “Kearnsie” and Sophie E. (Pandolph) Kearns.  Raised and educated in Woburn, graduating from High School in 1973.

After High School he continued his education in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration. Not long after he secured a job with the United States Postal Service, for Burlington, MA, where he remained until the time of his passing.

He was a beloved father, son and brother. He shared a special bond with his mother, whom he was affectionally known as “My Son John”. John was a family man and loved spending time with his three sons.  He was an avid sports fan, who loved the Patriots, going to music concerts, a sci-fi buff especially Star Trek and Dr. Who!
