Jeanne M. Lynch – of Woburn, unexpectedly, Sunday October 4th at the age of sixty-six. Beloved daughter of the late George and Claire (Billings) Lynch. Loving sister of Christopher Lynch, his wife Christine of GA, Daniel Lynch of Woburn and the late Eleanor Lynch. Cherished aunt of Kathleen and Maureen Lynch, both of GA. Relatives and friends are invited to briefly pay their respects on Thursday, October 8th at the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., Woburn. Those who are 65 and older or experiencing any health problems are invited to come between 3-4 p.m., with the general public invited between 4-6 p.m. All attending are asked to enter through the front door of the funeral home and exit through the back door. Masks MUST be worn at all times, along with strict adherence to social distancing. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Barbara’s Parish, 138 Cambridge Rd, Woburn, on Friday, October 9th at 10 A.M. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Remembrances may be made in honor of Jeanne to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA  22116

 

 

Jeanne M. Lynch – of Woburn, died unexpectedly, Sunday October 4th at the age of sixty-six.
 
Born in Melrose, Jeanne was one of four children born to the late George and Claire (Billings) Lynch. She was educated in Woburn and was a graduate of Woburn High School class of 1971. She received her bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College in mathematics and her MBA from Boston University.
 
For many years, Jeanne worked as a Certified Public Accountant.
 
Jeanne enjoyed traveling in her earlier years with trips to Europe, Hawaii and driving up and down the eastern seacoast, always ending with a visit to her nieces in Georgia. In her later years, Jeanne spent a decade as a devoted caretaker of her mother. Jeanne was also an avid New England Sports fan.
 
Jeanne is survived and will be deeply missed by her siblings, Christopher Lynch, his wife Christine of GA, Daniel Lynch of Woburn and the late Eleanor Lynch. Cherished aunt of Kathleen and Maureen Lynch, both of GA.

  1. I am so sorry to hear about Jeanne. I served with Jeanne at St. Barbara’s as a Lector years ago and enjoyed chatting with her after mass. My thoughts are with her family at this difficult time.
