I will miss so many things about you, but most of all I will miss your sense of humor. You could always make me laugh even when I didn’t feel like laughing. Love you little brother.

On behalf of the Winchester Fireman’s Relief Association, I would like to offer our condolences to Josh and Ben. Bill retired with 32 years of service with the Winchester Fire Department and was an active member and officer of the Relief Association and the Winchester Retirement Board.
We are saddened that we can not offer our condolences in person during this pandemic. We look forward to better times to more appropriately reminisce the many memories that we have with your father.
May he, along with all our departed brothers, rest in peace and maintain watch over us.
