Geraldine (Regan) Vozzella – of Burlington, January 6th, at the age of eighty-seven. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph P. Vozzella. Loving mother of Susan M. Vozzella of Dracut and Paul T. Vozzella and Jean of Burlington. Precious grandmother of Travis D. Vozzella. Dear sister in law of Frank Vozzella, his wife Eleanor of Winchester, Celestino Vozzella, his wife Angela of Winchester, Josephine Scalese of Holden, Matilda Harbour of Burlington. Also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as  her extended family, Nicole and Jesse Bradley, and their children Tyler, Nate, Brody, Keira and her very dear friend Jonathan Bagley. A Funeral will be held in the Lynch- Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Thursday, January 9th  at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to Calling hours prior to the Service from 9 – 10:45 a.m. Remembrances may be made in honor of Geraldine to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston MA 02114

 

Geraldine “Gerry” (Regan) Vozzella – of Burlington, died peacefully, January 6th at the Aberjona Nursing Center in Winchester at the age of eighty-seven. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph P. Vozzella. 

Born in Boston, Gerry was a daughter of the late Timothy and Esther (Turner) Regan.  She was raised and educated in Burlington and a graduate of Burlington High School

For many years, Gerry worked as a medical transcriber for various local doctors. Later in life she became a real estate agent, working around the local area.

Geraldine was a social and outgoing person, with a sharp mind. She was always up to date with the current happenings in the world and was an avid New England sports fan. Spending time with her family was her greatest joy, and she especially loved spending time with her grandson Travis. Gerry will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
