Justin Clifford Wing, a Woburn native, died unexpectedly Monday in Amesbury, where the family cottage was the hub of much fun and adventure for he and his family.  It is there where his appreciation of nature blossomed as he lived every boy’s dream of catching frogs, digging worms and fishing from dawn to dusk.  Swimming in the lake, fishing, boating, watching the sunset and the moonrise, with his siblings by his side, were all memories he revered. Justin, a lifelong resident of Woburn, 33 yrs of age, was the beloved son of Mary Jeanne (Tropea) Wing and the late Clifford T Wing.

Justin graduated from Woburn High School in 2004.  He went on to graduate from Middlesex Community College with a culinary arts certificate.  His organized and efficient manner won him accolades in many local kitchens.  His favorite place to cook was at home, be it Woburn or Amesbury.  He was known to take over and run the family out of the kitchen.  Justin was amazing to have on hand at a party.  He was a one-man cleanup committee…dishes and all!

Justin’s family was his greatest joy.  He was devoted to his parents and his grandmothers.  He cherished his sisters, Jenn and Christina, and his brother Joe.  He adored his nieces, Valentina, Juliana, Angelina, Willow and Virginia, and his nephew Noah.  Justin treasured his daughter Kaycee; she was the center of his world.  She filled his heart with such joy, and he knew she adored him as well.  He devoted his life to teaching her life skills.  He insisted she be surrounded by the beauty of nature, to appreciate the moon and stars, and the sun upon her face.

Justin was driven to be the father that his own beloved father was to him.  So similar were they. ‘Cliffy’, as Justin called him, instilled in him an appreciation for the beauty of the world around him.  Together they enjoyed camping, fishing and bow hunting, and loved listening to rock and roll and old country music.  A night under the stars around a bonfire was preferred to any nightclub.

Justin was fiercely loyal to his family and friends; he was kind and considerate to strangers as well.  He will forever be missed by his heartbroken family.  He will be the moon that rises full each month, just as his father was the full moon that rose to him.

Sadly, Justin is predeceased by his father, Clifford T Wing, his godfather and uncle, Rob J Tropea, his grandfather, Joseph J Tropea, and his grandparents Joe and Jean Adams.

Justin is survived by his daughter Kaycee Lee Wing of Peabody, mother Mary Jeanne Wing, and his grandmother Jeanne A Tropea both of Woburn.  He is also survived by sisters Jennifer M Poore and her husband Kevin of Woburn, Christina L Angelosanto and her husband Frederick of Amesbury, brother Joseph D Wing and his fiancé Haley Alix of Woburn.  Justin is further survived by his nieces and nephew, Valentina, Juliana, and Angelina Angelosanto of Amesbury, and Noah and Willow Wing and Virginia Poore, all of Woburn.  He is also further survived by his uncles Joseph J Tropea Jr. of Haverhill, and Jay S Tropea and husband Danny of NH, and aunt Elaine Hall and husband Rolland of NH, and his cousins Jodie and Cory Tropea.

A Funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Saturday, September 21st at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn at 10.  Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Winchester.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours, Friday, September 20th,  3 – 7  p.m.  In honor of Justin, the family has requested that remembrances may be made to Learn to Cope Organization, 4 Court Street, Suite 110, Taunton, MA 02780.
