John K. Campbell, of Woburn, November 12th, at the age of eighty-seven. Beloved husband of the late Janet (Forbes) Campbell. Loving father of Michael Campbell of Wilton, NH and Lisa Chau, her husband Vinh of Groton. Devoted grandfather of Willow Chau. Dear brother of the late Al, Bruce and Philip Campbell. Cherished companion and friend of Mary Sodi of Winchester. A Funeral Service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Thursday, November 15th at Noon. John K. Campbell, 87, of Woburn, passed away Monday, November 12th, at Northwood Rehab & Health Care Center in Lowell. He was the beloved husband of the late Janet M. (Forbes) Campbell.
 
John was born in Reading, MA, a son of the late Ruth (Frotten) and Kenneth Campbell. He was raised and educated in Reading and a graduate of Reading High School. During the Korean Conflict, John served his country proudly as part of the U.S. Navy, until being honorably discharged.
 
For many years, John worked for IBM technologies as a Telecommunications Technician.
 
In his spare time, John enjoyed ballroom dancing, golfing and traveling. He also enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.
 
John was the loving father of Michael Campbell of Wilton, NH and Lisa Chau, her husband Vinh of Groton. Devoted grandfather of Willow Chau. Dear brother of the late Al, Bruce and Philip Campbell. Cherished companion and friend of Mary Sodi of Winchester.
