HAROLD “HARRY” PROCTOR – of Woburn, December 20th, 2017, suddenly at his home at age sixty three. Father of Virginia Lavender, Mary Ellen Chanthavisouk, her husband Viraphonh of NH, Michelle Ann Proctor of Lowell and John Paul Proctor of Lowell. Dear brother of Cindy Sindoni-Cagnina, her husband John of Woburn and the late Phillip Proctor III and Catherine Gangi. A Funeral will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Thursday, December 28th at 11 a.m.. Interment is private. OBITUARY

Harold “Harry” Proctor, of Woburn, died unexpectedly, December 20th, 2017, at his home, at the age of sixty three.

Born in Woburn, Harold was the son of the late Philip and Mary T. (Wheaton) Proctor. He was educated in Woburn and attended Woburn High School.

For the past few years, Harry worked at Pro Fitness in Billerica, taking care of their equipment and performing other general maintenance duties. He was an avid runner, even qualifying and running the Boston Marathon on many occasions.

Harry was a proud Boston Celtics fan and enjoyed cheering them on. He also enjoyed fishing, playing the harmonica and was a die hard Bob Dylan fan. He loved being surrounded by his family, and helped raise his great nephews who affectionately called him “Uncle Harry”. Harry was an easy going, happy go-lucky guy who could tell a funny joke and make good conversation with anyone.

Harry is survived by his children, Virginia Lavender, Mary Ellen Chanthavisouk, her husband Viraphonh of NH, Michelle Ann Proctor and John Paul Proctor, all of Lowell; his sister, Cindy Sindoni-Cagnina, her husband John of Woburn, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Phillip Proctor III and Catherine Gangi.

A Funeral will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Thursday, December 28th at 11 a.m.. Interment is private.
