OBITUARY:

Paul M. Stack was stricken at his home late Sunday afternoon November 27th. He later passed away at the Winchester Hospital. Paul was just forty nine years of age.

Born in Medford, he is the devoted son of Paul and Joyce K. (Abbott) Stack. Paul grew up in Woburn always being active in the Pop Warner football league, and Woburn Youth hockey and Little League baseball. Throughout his years in high school he focused on specifically on hockey and was an outstanding player during those four years for Woburn High School. Paul graduated with the Class of 1985.

Paul enjoyed very much working with his hands, so immediately following high school he began working as a general contractor. From roofs, siding, gutters and windows ,Paul was kept quite busy over the years.

Paul’s greatest gifts in life were those of his children, Kasandra and Alyssa. He had two daughters, whom the sun rose and sun set over. He shared a wonderful relationship with them spending valuable time with them, travelling to Boston quite frequently by train and enjoying the duck boats, Boston Common area, going to ice shows at the garden and the different museums.

A huge sports fan Paul always enjoyed taking in any sporting event, at anytime and anywhere! Be it with his brothers or his friends he just really appreciated the sports and the strategy of it all.

A very fun loving and funny young man , Paul shared a wonderful sense of humor throughout his lifetime. From all the different genres of Irish music, in particular that of the Pogues, or playing good Irish football throughout the years to enjoying a bag full of his “laffy taffy” with friends and family, it was all so very special to him over the years.
