John Queenan- Of Woburn, Friday, February 5th. Beloved father of Amanda Queenan of Billerica. Cherished son of Marjorie A. (Fenton) and the late Alfred H. Bud Queenan. Loving brother of Joseph M. Queenan of Tewksbury. John is also survived by his niece and nephews, Shannon, Michael, and Joey. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn. All services are private.
John Queenan passed away suddenly at his home, Friday February 5th. The beloved son of Marjorie A. (Fenton) Queenan of Woburn and the late Alfred H. Queenan he was fifty one years of age.
Born in Woburn he was raised in the Hammond Square section of the city. As a youngster growing up John was very involved in many of the sporting events throughout the city. Football, baseball and basketball kept him quite busy.
Finishing high school he was a graduate of Woburn High, Class of 1982. Following high school John began working in construction, which took him to various parts of the state.
John brought a daughter into the world, Amanda. He shared a a very close relationship her all throughout his life.
John was a young man who had many wonderful gifts and talents. A very outgoing person, he was truly a very likeable young man.
Sadly, John was predeceased by his Dad, Al.
He is lovingly survived by his dear mother Marjorie, his daughter Amanda Queenan of Billerica, brother Joseph M. Queenan of Tewksbury his niece Shannon Queenan and nephews Michael and Joey Queenan. Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn.
