Paul loved the City of Woburn. He worked tirelessly and remained dedicated to the many projects , changes, developments and regulations, along with anything else it took to make Woburn, the best it could possibly be, not just to live in but also to work in.

Paul had been recognized for his diligent efforts in making Woburn a better place to live by the following honors bestowed on him: outstanding Civic Leader for the City of Woburn by the Jaycees and by his colleagues and peers of the Woburn Host Lions Club Paul was the recipient of the prestigious Melvin Jones Fellowship Award, which is the highest award and honor given in that organization.
