Dear Carol and Family of Bill Hogan,
Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. I’ll remember Bill as one of my favorite veterans, who was never without his USMC hat and never had a discouraging word throughout all the years that I had the privilege to care for him. I’ll remember that he would always refer to me as “Sir”. Imagine that. Bill addressing me as “Sir”. Semper Fidelis, Bill. Thank you for your service and a life well-lived.
James E. Snyder, M.D.
