CAROLYN A. (CROCKER) FITZLER – in Woburn, December 25th. Beloved wife of the late Robert Fitzler. Devoted mother of Allen LeBlanc and Gregory LeBlanc and his wife Joanne, both of Lowell, Joan and Tracey LeBlanc, Tammy Autenzio and her husband Paul, all of Woburn, and the late Todd Fitzler. Dear sister of Richard Crocker of Woburn and the late Joan Crocker Mann. Loving grandmother of Siobhana, Melissa, Michelle, Beth Ann, Ann Marie, Elaine, and Jessica LeBlanc, Ashley Fitzler, and Samantha, Katelyn, and Paul Autenzio. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren, her special niece Wendy Mann Ferrick, and many other nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 30th in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main Street, Woburn, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private, and there are no calling hours. Donations may be made in Carolyn’s memory to the Woburn Senior Center, 144 School Street, Woburn, MA 01801.
OBITUARY:
Carolyn Fitzler, a resident of Woburn for most of her life, passed away peacefully following a brief illnes, surrounded by her loved ones, at Kindred Boston North Shore in Peabody on Christmas Day. She was the wife of the late Robert Fitzler.
Born in Watertown, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Marie (Boissonneault) Crocker. She was raised in Woburn and attended Woburn schools. She worked as a driver for Trans-Com and later for Bear Hill Nursing Center in Stoneham for many years.
Carolyn volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was active at the Woburn Senior Center. She never missed a Bingo game at the South End Italian Club and enjoyed square dancing and bowling.
Preceding her in death, along with her husband Robert, was her beloved son, Todd Fitzler, and her sister, Joan Crocker Mann, who died recently.
Surviving are six children: Allen LeBlanc and Gregory LeBlanc and his wife Joanne, both of Lowell, Joan and Tracey LeBlanc, and Tammy Autenzio and her husband Paul, all of Woburn, her brother, Richard Crocker of Woburn. She was the loving grandmother of Siobhana, Melissa, Michelle, Beth Ann, Ann Marie, Elaine, and Jessica LeBlanc, Ashley Fitzler, and Samantha, Katelyn, and Paul Autenzio. Also surviving are eight great-grandchildren, her special niece Wendy Mann Ferrick, and many other nieces and nephews.

I will miss seeing Kay at the Senior Center. She was a very special lady.
