DONALD E. ROBINSON – age 66, in New Bern, NC, formerly of Burlington, December 8th. Beloved husband of Deborah J. (Winn) Robinson. Devoted father of Paige Rabaglia and her husband Dave of Wilmington and the late Heather Robinson. Dear stepfather of Erin Luz-Mallon of Seabrook, NH, Ryan Luz of Washington, DC, and Caitlin Luz-Hitchcock of Putnam, CT. Dear brother of Joyce Collette of Beaufort, NC. Also survived by two cherished grandchildren, Cali and Nicholas Rabaglia, and one step-grandchild, Ryleigh Hitchcock, as well as several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass which will be celebrated on Saturday, January 22nd, at 11 a.m. in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn. A gathering to honor Don’s life will be held at the Sons of Italy, 168 Lexington Street, Woburn, immediately following the Mass. Donations may be made in Don’s memory to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Road, Suite 400, Waltham, MA 02451. Late retired Lieutenant, Burlington Fire Department.
He will be missed, but REMEMBERED by all the lucky people to have met him. It’s sad he had to leave everyone, especially his family and grandchildren so soon, but his memory and smile will forever be remembered.

To Joyce, Don’s wife & family,
I was so saddened to hear of Donny’s death. He was my childhood “friend” as Joyce well knows. I have many many fond memories of our days together & my heart goes out to all at this loss.
Paige, I am sorry for you loss. I hope your fond memories of your Dad help you through this painful time.
