  6. Dear Leona, Steve, John III and Brooke:

I was so saddened to hear of Jack’s passing. As you know he was my best friend when we were little kids and I always wondered how he was over the years, after we lost touch. It was good to see you and Steve last night and Jackie’s kids are so wonderful, Jackie (III) is very handsome and so sweet, and Brooke looks like a model, so very beautiful! I do regret that I didn’t keep in touch, but I guess we figure we’ll be around forever. Human nature I suppose. My heart goes out to you, Steve and Jack’s two children, and Jack’s grandson, Marcus, too. My deepest sympathy.
