Nancy L. (Barrett) O’Doherty of Maine, formerly of Woburn, passed away on Friday, March 9th at Inland Hospital in Maine. The devoted wife of the late Charles S. O’Doherty, she was sixty-four years of age. Born in Auburn, Maine, Nancy was one of three children born to the late Edward G. and Bertha (Priest) Barrett. Her collection soon blossomed into an antique business which she operated out of her barn. Nancy also possessed an adventurous spirit and traveled extensively with her dear friends. They took pleasure in the New England scenery during the fall and they rode cross country on Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Nancy was my first friend when I moved to Clinton. We shared close to ten years of many many fun filled days, nights, weekends, shopping, laughing, crying together late at night, painting ceramics for the holidays or just for fun. She was my deepest loving friend that helped me with troubling times. She was a true friend and I will miss her terribly, but I know she is in the hands of God and feeling no pain.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones.
    May God Bless You All
