PATRICIA L. BROWN – in Woburn, Monday, January 29th. Devoted daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Lawn) Brown. Loving sister of William T. Brown, Jr. of Woburn, Debra Lindmark and her husband Peter of FL and Leslie Smith of Woburn. Cherished aunt of Heather Conley, Jacob and Shawn Lindmark, Jared, Ryan, Alyssa and Drew Smith, grandniece, Norah and grandnephew, Daniel. Dear niece of Sarah “Sal” Lawn. Also survived by many loving cousins. A funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, February 2nd at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn at 10:30. Calling hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Donations may be made in Patricia’s memory to the Woburn High School Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 202, Woburn, MA 01801.

OBITUARY:

Patricia L. Brown, a lifelong Woburn resident, passed away on Monday, January 29th, following an illness of several months. Daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Lawn) Brown, she was sixty years of age.

Born in Winchester, she was raised in Woburn and attended Woburn schools, graduating from Woburn High School with the Class of 1964. She continued her education at Woburn Business School. Following her high school graduation she worked at Salada Tea and then went to work for Metalized Products in Winchester. She remained there for a number of years, and for the past several years she had worked as an Administrative Assistant for Business Systems of Burlington.

Devoted to her family, she took great pride in the accomplishments of her nieces and nephews. Over the years she enjoyed many wonderful trips, often with her aunts, to Ireland, Europe, and South Africa. Family was of utmost importance to her, and she was there for every milestone in the lives of her nieces and nephews. She particularly loved having all the family over for dinner on any special occasion.

Surviving are a brother, William T. Brown, Jr. of Woburn, and two sisters, Debra Lindmark and her husband Peter of Florida and Leslie Smith of Woburn. She was also the cherished aunt of Heather Conley, Jacob and Shawn Lindmark, Jared, Ryan, Alyssa and Drew Smith, and grand-aunt of Norah and Daniel. Also surviving are her aunt, Sarah “Sal” Lawn, and many loving cousins.

The funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, February 2nd at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn at 10:30. Interment will follow in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.

    I am deeply sorry for your loss. I used to work with Pat a couple years back, and I was saddened to hear of the tragic news. She will be missed.
