ELIZABETH M. “BETTY” HALL – in Woburn, unexpectedly, September 16th. Daughter of the late George and Edith (Porter) Hall. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 19th, at 11 a.m. at Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem Street, Woburn. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no calling hours.
Elizabeth M. Hall, a lifelong Woburn resident, passed away at her home here unexpectedly on Saturday, September 16th. The daughter of the late George and Edith (Porter) Hall, she was seventy-four years of age.
Betty was born in Woburn and attended Woburn schools. She worked as a housekeeper in her younger years.
A devout Catholic, she was involved in the Ladies Sodality at the Immaculate Conception Church in Winchester, and was a member of the Catholic Daughters as well as the St. Barbara’s Women’s Club.
She leaves many cousins, including Gemma Porter of Somerville, formerly of Woburn, and Kevin McKenzie of Groton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, September 19th at 11 a.m. at Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem Street, Woburn. There are no calling hours.
