Molloy – in Florida, formerly of Woburn, January 21st , Robert V.,”Moe” beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty” (Donahue) Molloy. Devoted father of Robert Molloy Jr., Patrick Molloy, Thomas Black and his wife Wendy and Robert Black Jr., all of Woburn. Loving brother of Raymond Molloy of North Carolina, Barbara Melvin and her husband William of Nashua, NH and Catherine Dunning of Nashua, NH. Cherished grandfather of Robbie, Arielle, Danielle, Matthew, Jeremy and the late Jamie T. Black. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Memorial Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn on Tuesday, April 4th at 9 a.m. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn.

OBITUARY:

Robert V.???Moe??? Molloy passed away after a lingering illness, in West Palm Beach, Florida on January 21st. The beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty??? (Donahue), he was fifty nine years old.

Born in Winchester he was the son of the late Howard and Virginia M. (DiBenedetto). Moe attended Winchester Schools and was a graduate of Winchester High School Class of ’65. Following high school, he signed on with the United States Air Force during the Viet Nam War. Following the service he began working at Doucette Moving and Storage as a driver and had worked there for over twenty years.

Moe was a very caring person who was always helping others. He was a very quiet man, and would always assist others in that same manner. He married his wife Betty twenty three years ago and together they raised their family. They traveled often to visit extended family and to Florida, where he and his wife had traveled to this year for the winter month.

Moe had been a member of the Winchester Elks and the Irish American Club of Woburn.

Moe was predeceased by his parents , and his grandson Jamie T. Black.

In addition to his wife Betty he is survived by four sons, Robert Molloy Jr., Patrick Molloy, Thomas Black and his wife Wendy and Robert Black Jr., all of Woburn, his siblings, Raymond Molloy of North Carolina, Barbara Melvin and her husband William of Nashua, NH and Catherine Dunning of Nashua, NH, his cherished grandchildren, Robbie Molloy, Arielle, Danielle, Matthew, and Jeremy Black.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Memorial Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn on Tuesday, April 4th at 9 a.m. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
