CHESTER L. “CHET” YOUNG – in Woburn, suddenly, October 30th. Beloved father of Shelley of Glassboro, NJ and Lindsay of Woburn. Son of Mildred (Padenski) Young of Burlington, brother of Dennis Young of W. Townsend, and grandfather of Dillon and Julian. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 2nd, in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main Street, Woburn, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no calling hours, and interment is private. Arrangements by the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, Woburn.

OBITUARY:

Chester L. Young of Woburn, known as “Chet” to his family and friends, died suddenly at his home here on Sunday, October 30th. He was fifty-nine years of age.

Born in Malden, he was the son of Mildred (Padenski) Young of Burlington. He was raised in Burlington and attended Burlington schools.

For the past thirty-five years he had made his home in North Woburn.

Chet enjoyed working on his yard and socializing with his friends.

Surviving are two daughters, Shelley Young of Glassboro, New Jersey, and Lindsay Young of Woburn. He also leaves his mother, Mildred Young of Burlington, a brother, Dennis Young of West Townsend, and two grandchildren, Dillon and Julian.

A memorial mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 2nd in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main Street, Woburn, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no calling hours, and interment will be private.
