ELEANOR N. (DeMARCO) LeBLANC – in Woburn, Tuesday, June 8th. Beloved wife of the late John S. LeBlanc. Devoted mother of Linda M. Cunningham of Billerica, John F. LeBlanc of Somerville and Steven J. LeBlanc of Melrose. Loving sister of Rena Mucci of Medford, Mary MacCallum of West Palm Beach, Florida, Luise Bremer of Texas and Louis DeMarco of Woburn. Adoring grandmother of Sean B. Cunningham, US Army, Korea, and her very dear friend Richard W. Gordon of Tennessee. A funeral service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Friday morning, June 11th, at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Donations may be made in Eleanor’s memory to the Health South New England Rehabilitation Hospital, 2 Rehabilitation Way, Woburn, MA 01801.

OBITUARY:

Eleanor N. (DeMarco) LeBlanc passed away early Tuesday morning after a very brief illness. She was seventy five years of age. She was the wife of the late John S. LeBlanc, who passed away just one year ago.

Born in Somerville, Eleanor was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Cantaloupa) DeMarco. She was a graduate of Somerville High School with the Class of 1945. She remained in Somerville where she and her husband raised their family in the Winter Hill section of the city. In 1980 they moved their home to Winchester where they remained.

Eleanor was a very quiet woman who enjoyed listening to music, reading, and crocheting, and most of all, enjoyed spending time with her dear grandson, Sean.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, John S. LeBlanc who passed away last year.

Eleanor is survived by her three children, Linda Cunningham of Billerica, John F. LeBlanc of Somerville, and Steven J. LeBlanc of Melrose, her sisters Rena Mucci of Medford, Mary MacCallum of West Palm Beach, Florida, Luise Bremer of Texas, her brother Louis DeMarco of Woburn and grandson Sean Cunningham US Army, Korea, and her very dear friend, Richard W. Gordon of Tennessee.

A funeral service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Friday morning June 11th, at 9 a.m. Calling hours at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
