Clarke, Margaret T. (Campbell) – in Woburn, October 21st, beloved wife of the late John M. Clarke. Devoted mother of Lisa M. Clarke Juliano and her husband Joseph R., and Lynda M. Clarke Malone, all of Woburn. Dear sister of John E. Campbell and his wife Anne of Acton, Joseph F. Campbell and his wife Barbara of ME, Mary E. Ryan of NH, and the late James D. and Elinor Campbell. Loving grandmother of Michael, Andrew, Mia, and Joseph Juliano, and Kiera and Patrick Malone. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends and relatives. Funeral from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, October 25th, at 9:15 a.m. Funeral mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn, at 10. Calling hours Thursday 5 to 8 p.m. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Donations may be made in Margaret’s memory to St. Charles School, 280 Main St., Woburn, MA 01801.

OBITUARY:

Margaret T. Clarke, a longtime Woburn resident, passed away in Salem on Monday, October 21st, at the age of seventy-five. She was the wife of the late John M. Clarke, who died in 1998.

Born in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Mary E. (Drum) Campbell. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Cambridge and lived there until taking up residence in Woburn 34 years ago.

Devoted to her family, she enjoyed being at home with her children, and later delighted in the time spent with her grandchildren. She was very active in St. Charles Church, always willing to help out with school trips and functions, as well as other parish events.

In addition to her husband John, she was preceded in death by a brother, James D. Campbell, and a sister, Elinor Campbell.

Surviving are two daughters, Lisa M. Clarke Juliano and her husband Joseph R., and Lynda M. Clarke Malong, all of Woburn; two brothers, John E. Campbell and his wife Anne of Acton and Joseph F. Campbell and his wife Barbara of Maine, and a sister, Mary E. Ryan of New Hampshire.

Also surviving are six grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Mia, and Joseph Juliano, and Kiera and Patrick Malone.

She also leaves many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and relatives.

The funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, October 25th, at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, at 10. Interment will follow in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
