Chinian – in Woburn, Monday, September 2nd, Lorraine R. (Riberio) Chinian beloved daughter of Diana Riberio of Dorchester and the late Joseph Riberio. Devoted mother of Laura Chinian of Woburn, Carolyn Simonelli and her husband Mark of Brighton, Sarkis Chinian and his wife Mary, and Donna Marie Peary and her husband David, all of Woburn. Loving grandmother of Shaeleigh and Garrett Chinian, and Jason and Rachel Peary. The funeral service will be held at the United Methodist Church, 523 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, September 6th, at 11 a.m. Calling hours at the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, will be on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Woburn. Donations may be made in Lorraine’s memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Division of Development, Attn: Contribution Services, 10 Brookline Place West, Brookline, MA 02445. OBITUARY:

Lorraine R. Chinian, a resident of Woburn for the past thirty-four years, passed away in Stoneham on Monday, September 2nd. She was sixty-five years of age.

Born and raised in Somerville, she was the daughter of Diana (Medeiros) Riberio of Dorchester and the late Joseph Riberio. She was a graduate of Somerville High School.

She was involved in the real estate business for most of her life, originally for Norma Perry Real Estate. More recently she worked as an administrative assistant for DeWolfe Real Estate in Lexington for fifteen years.

She loved arts and crafts, and ran a small crafts business known as “Something Unique???. She was also very active with her church, and enjoyed being home with her family when she wasn’t working.

In addition to her mother, Diana Riberio of Dorchester , she is survived by her four children: Laura Chinian of Woburn, Carolyn Simonelli and her husband Mark of Brighton, Sarkis Chinian and his wife Mary, and Donna Marie Peary and her husband David, all of Woburn.

She was also the loving grandmother of Shaeleigh and Garrett Chinian, and Jason and Rachel Peary.

The funeral service will be held at the United Methodist Church, 523 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, September 6th, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
