I was so very saddened to hear of Karl’s passing. Although it has been many many years since I last saw him, my father would keep me updated on things going on back home and he would speek of Karl often. I am honored to say I knew him and we were good friends in GOYA during high school before we moved. When I think of Karl, I always think of such a happy person who always made you laugh. He was a good friend. I remember my dad always calling him “Captain Karl”. I will always remember those days and only wish I knew Karl in our adult years. I will never forget Karl. My prayers are with you and your family.
