Marcella– in Woburn, August 13th, Clementine P. “Dinnie??? (Nardone), beloved wife of the late Felix Marcella. Devoted sister of Vincent V. Nardone and his wife Terry, and Samuel J. Nardone and his wife Nancy, all of Woburn, Julia A. Chipman of Wilmington and her late husband Steven, and the late Anthony F. Nardone. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Friday, August 16th, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Woburn. Donations may be made in her memory to the Woburn Council of Social Concern (for the Children’s Center), 19 Campbell St., Woburn, MA 01801.

OBITUARY:

Clementine P. Marcella, known affectionately to family and friends as “Dinnie???, passed away at the Winchester Nursing Center Tuesday afternoon, August 13th, at the age of 82. She was the wife of the late Felix Marcella.

Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Venazio and Josephine (Petrillo) Nardone. She graduated from Woburn High School with the class of 1937, and lived in East Woburn all her life. For a number of years she worked in the tool making industry at Mass. Gear and Tool and Alliance Gear and Tool. She was a very quiet woman who enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. She was also an avid Bingo player.

In addition to her late husband Felix, she was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony F. Nardone, and her brother-in-law, Steven Chipman.

Surviving are two brothers, Vincent V. Nardone and his wife Terry, and Samuel J. Nardone and his wife Nancy, all of Woburn, a sister, Julia A. Chipman of Wilmington, and many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 16th, in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Donations may be made in Mrs. Marcella’s memory to the Woburn Council of Social Concern (for the Children’s Center), 19 Campbell Street, Woburn, MA 01801.
