Graziano – in Woburn, April 24th, Anthony V., Sr., beloved husband of Mary G. (Grecco) Graziano. Devoted father of Anthony V. Graziano, Jr. of Woburn and Marianne Tufts and her husband Stephen of New Gloucester, ME. Brother of Phyllis Salvo of Medford and Catherine LaFratta of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of Cory S. and Breena M. Tufts. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on Saturday, April 27th, at 8 a.m., followed by a funeral mass in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main Street, Woburn, at 9. Calling hours Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Late Marine Corps Veteran of WW II.


Anthony V. “Tony??? Graziano passed away at his home on Wednesday evening following a brief illness. The husband of Mary G. (Grecco) Graziano was seventy seven years of age.

Born in Cambridge he was the son of the late Gennarro and Maria (Aurillo) Graziano. He was raised in Cambridge and had graduated from the Cambridge School System.

Following High School Tony enlisted in the Marines where he participated in the action at Okinawa and the Occupation of China during World War II. Upon his return he continued his education at MIT and had worked as a meat cutter and then at Blanchard Machines. After receiving his electrical license he began working at W R Grace in Woburn where he remained for over thirty years.

Tony had moved to Woburn forty one years ago in the central square section of Woburn. He was very devoted to his family participating in all their activities. Tony was a very creative man who spent a good deal of time making wooden toys for all the family members and had also made a wooden train set for his grandchildren. His fine ability and skills in fixing things he would use to assist in helping out at the Senior Center in Woburn.

Tony was a member of the Middlesex Sherrifs Assoc., Italian American Police, Arlington Retired Mens Club, Wood Carvers Assoc., and was a Bingo worker at the South End Italian Club.

In addition to his wife Mary of forty one years, he is survived by his son Anthony V. Graziano Jr. of Woburn his daughter Marianne Tufts and her husband Stephen of New Gloucester Maine, his sisters Phyllis Salvo of Medford and Catherine LaFratta of Cambridge, and his grandchildren Cory S. and Breena M. Tufts.

A Funeral will be held from the Lynch- Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn on Saturday April 27th, at 8:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main Street, North Woburn at 9. Calling hours are on Friday from 4 – 8. Interment at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
