Joshua Gilbert passed away unexpectedly at his home, March 2nd, 2022 at the age of forty nine.  The beloved husband of Jill M. (Bryan) B, Gilbert, with whom he would have celebrated his twenty fifth wedding anniversary in June.

Born in Medford, Joshua was one of eight children of Dorothy M. (Chute) and the late Paul V. Gilbert Sr.

Following high school, he met his soulmate in passing at his place of employment.  They met up again, had a longer conversation, a date and the rest is history!  They married a short time later and have been together since.

Having three children fill his life, he and Jill were always on the go !  They moved to Florida where they had made their home for over a dozen years and they were dedicated to raising their children.

Joshua was a good and honest man.  He mentored many folks along his journey through this this world, taking all the time needed to be that  very patient teacher, in all that he taught.

He and Jill, loved life and loved being together.  They had moved back from Florida a number of years and have enjoyed the “simple” life; being together, being with family, enjoying breakfast together and enjoying the pleasures of their surroundings.

Joshua was predeceased by his Dad and is lovingly survived by his dear wife Jill, of Andover, loving children, Alycia M. Vasquez of Maine, Megan E. Gilbert and Jacob D. Gilbert both of Andover.
