ELEANOR M. (DEIGNAN) LEVESQUE – 80, of Woburn, Tuesday, October 31st. Beloved wife of the late Claude G. Levesque. Devoted mother of Jacqueline M. Pescatore and husband Henry of No.Reading and Alaina M. Barletta and husband Christopher of Canton. Loving grandmother of Brian Pescatore and wife Arianna, Marie Pescatore and Christopher, Matthew, Gregory, Jennifer and Lindsay Barletta. Dear sisters, Rita Lyons of Norwood and Marie Dempsey of Sudbury. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to pay their respects on Sunday, November 5th from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Lynch - Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn. A Funeral will be held from the funeral home on Monday, November 6th at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church, 851 Main Street, Woburn at 10 a.m. Interment in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. ELEANOR M. (DEIGNAN) LEVESQUE – 80, of Woburn, died peacefully, Tuesday, October 31st at Sunrise Assisted Living in Lynnfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Claude G. Levesque.

Born in Boston, Eleanor was the daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Farley) Deignan. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy High School and attended Merrimack College in North Andover, where she met her future husband and the love of her life, Claude. After marrying, they made their home in Woburn, where they resided for the last 50 years, raising their daughters and being very involved in the schools, church and community

For 19 years, Eleanor worked in the corporate offices for the 99 restaurant in Woburn. It was a job she loved and where she also made some longtime friendships.

Eleanor was an avid reader and game player, and especially enjoyed watching Jeopardy or playing Bingo. Eleanor was a glamorous and radiant woman, who always put her best foot forward. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her family, whom were her world. She especially looked forward to her summers, spent on Cape Cod with her family and her sister's families.

Eleanor is survived and will be deeply missed by her daughters, Jacqueline M. Pescatore and husband Henry of North Reading and Alaina M. Barletta and husband Christopher of Canton; seven loving grandchildren, Brian Pescatore and wife Arianna, Marie Pescatore and Christopher, Matthew, Gregory, Jennifer and Lindsay Barletta; as well as her dear sisters, Rita Lyons of Norwood and Marie Dempsey of Sudbury and several nieces and nephews.
